In linear chromatography (i.e. chromatography performed in the absence of sample overloading), when the plate height of a column is roughly uniform along its length, variations in the velocities of solutes are the only possible causes of erosion of efficiency. The sources of these variations (variations in capacity ratio and in the density of the mobile phase, etc.) play no direct role in the erosion of efficiency except through their effect on solute velocities. In other words, what eventually causes the erosion of efficiency is merely variation in the time required for solutes to traverse equally small segments of a column. Significant erosion can only arise from abrupt and deep deceleration of solutes in one or several relatively small segments of a column. If erosion of efficiency caused by pressure gradients in linear SFC is to be large, the depth and the sharpness of the deceleration of a solute must go beyond that hitherto confirmed experimentally. The kinetics of azidomercuration of alkenes, cycioalkenes, and their derivatives with a Hg(OAc)2-NaN3 system (1 1, 1 2, and 1 3) was studied. Based on the data on the product structure and kinetic results, it was concluded that HgOAcN3 and Hg(N3)2 play the role of azidomercuration reagents. The reactions with alkenes having a strained double bond occur by a concerted scheme. With nonstrained alkenes, a multistep mechanism is realized, its first reversible step involving the formation of a mercurinium intermediate with an ion pair structure.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Rayleigh-Brillouin light scattering experiments were performed on gelatin gels in order to obtain the (hypersonic) sound velocity and sound attenuation as a function of gelatin concentration. The results show that in the high frequency regime there is a strong coupling in the gel between the dynamics of the network and that of the fluid. The network sound velocity varies with 1/2. Sound attenuation increases with increasing gelatin concentration.  相似文献

 YAG晶体是一种无磁石榴石,YIG晶体是铁磁石石榴石。通过对YAG和YIG晶体在高压加磁场和不加磁场条件下,研究铁磁石榴石和无磁石榴石晶体的超声行为。采用“回波重合法”测量声速,通过比较回波的幅度进行衰减的测量。我们发现,不存在磁场时,有磁石榴石和无磁石榴石在高压条件下声速和声衰减有类似的变化行为。我们也发现,无论有无高压,在YAG晶体中不存在磁声相互作用,而在YIG晶体中,则存在磁声相互作用。  相似文献

In relation to a colloid stability, the adsorption structure of the Stern layer on a sessile mercury electrode in a thin liquid film of nonionic surfactant was investigated by measuring the double layer capacitance. The Stern capacitance on the electrode in the film could be detected when the measuring frequency used was low, for the resistance of the film was not extremely high but of the order of several thousand ohm. It was found that the adsorption structure of nonionic surfactant in the thin liquid film shows a stratification different from that of bulk.  相似文献

 考察了在双底物抑制下脂肪酶催化合成乳酸乙酯,最佳溶剂为叔丁醇,在所选的几种脂肪酶中,固定化于大孔丙烯酸树脂的南极假丝酵母脂肪酶B (Novozym 435)的催化活性最好. 对反应条件进行了优化,当酸醇摩尔比为1∶8, 反应温度60 ℃, 酸浓度0.3 mol/L, 酶浓度45 g/mol, 摇床转速200 r/min时产率达到77%, 脂肪酶Novozym 435重复使用6次后产率仍然可达到60%.  相似文献

The effect of hydrothermal treatment on properties (crystallinity, porous structure, reducibility, acidity, basicity, and catalytic activity and selectivity in toluene and ethanol total oxidation) of Ni—Al layered double hydroxide precursors and related mixed oxides was examined. The hydrothermal treatment increased considerably both the content of crystalline phase and LDH crystallite size. On the other hand, only a slight effect of the precursor hydrothermal treatment on crystallinity of the related Ni—Al mixed oxides obtained by calcination at 450°C was observed. The reducibility of NiO particles appeared to be hindered considerably compared to the reducibility of pure NiO. Catalytic activity of the Ni—Al mixed oxides prepared from the precursors hydrothermally treated for a short time (4 h) was the highest. The highest amount of acetaldehyde formed during the total oxidation of ethanol, i.e. the worst selectivity was found for the calcined Ni—Al LDH without hydrothermal treatment.
